Business Analyst – Oil and Gas - ETRM Systems
We’re currently supporting a growing search for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to energy trading trading environments and ETRM platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands the end-to-end trading lifecycle and can operate across Front, Middle, and/or Back Office functions within a commodities trading environment. Key experience we’re looking for: • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within commodities or energy trading We are ideally looking for candidates already based in Hamburg or open to relocating there. Candidates based elsewhere in Germany or Europe who can commit to being in Hamburg 2–3 days per week may also be considered. • Exposure to commodity trading workflows and processes
• Understanding of the trading lifecycle including Front, Middle, or Back Office operations
• Middle Office exposure such as settlements, invoicing, logistics, or operations is particularly valuable.
