Joseph specialises in placing ETRM professionals with commodity trading clients across North America. He works with a wide range of organisations, from smaller trading houses to some of the largest global energy companies. He has also partnered with financial trading firms, launching physical desks. His knowledge of the market and strong candidate network enable him to deliver effective long-term matches for both clients and candidates.
He has been with RJC Group for nearly four years, building his recruitment career after studying International Relations at the University of Exeter.
Outside of work, Joseph is a long-suffering Manchester United fan.
