Head of Trading IT

RJC Group are currently working with a leading Financial Services company based in London, looking for a Head of Trading IT to join their team.

You will own the operations roadmap and be in charge of all tech departments post-trade, including a headcount of 40+.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years in trading or banking technology
  • 3+ years owning trading operations systems
  • Experience managing technical professionals, including engineers, PMs and Product owners.
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver results
  • Knowledge of Commodities or financial markets operations
